When booking an appointment with me, it means I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. I do my absolute best to stay on schedule and respect your valuable time, I ask you do the same for me. I understand that life happens and things come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so 48 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice you will be subject to a cancellation/rebooking fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not show up to your appointment with no notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
